Maceo McKay was born on March 13, 2009.
When he was born, he was not breathing. Evidently, he had gone without oxygen for an undetermined amount of time and because of this he sustained an injury to his brain.
We have been told that there are many things that Maceo will not be able to do in his life because of this injury…. but don’t think that that’s stopping him. He continues to improve and do new things everyday, including things that we were told he wouldn’t be able to do.
Maceo is a warrior. Maceo is the smartest kid we’ve ever been around. Maceo continues to amaze us everyday.
